• You are 40 to 64 years old and need breast/cervical screening/diagnostic/ treatment services
• You are 21 to 39 years of age and need a Pap test or have been referred to BCCCP with an abnormal clinical breast exam which requires breast diagnostic services
• Michigan residents living in the Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston and Washtenaw County regions
• Uninsured or under-insured (high out of pocket costs due to insurance deductibles)
• Meeting income guidelines (under 250% Federal poverty level – call for details)
